Flag football is for grade 3, 4 & 5 that want to learn how to play football, but don't want to play full contact.
Football knowledge is not required, just a desire to learn and want to have fun!
No special equipment is needed, cleats if you have them, but they aren't required. We have lots of cleats, if you would like to borrow a pair for the season, it is at no cost and just come early to the next practice.
Dress warm, but not too much as the kids will be running around. Make sure they have water as well. Just be prepared for the usual Alberta crazy weather.
Cost:$30
Length of season: As long as the weather is good
Practices: Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30, probably meet down by the volleyball nets, kids need to be ready to practice at 6:30.
